In his assignment for World Vision, Willem tackled the challenges of rapid team growth and remote work. He boosted the team’s performance, ensuring smooth operations despite the nearly doubled team size and remote communication. Moreover, under his leadership, four new staff members were effectively integrated into the team, showcasing his ability to boost team performance under pressure.
